𝐃𝐢𝐝 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰? Exclusive breastfeeding prevents the body from releasing the hormones needed for ovulation. And if certain conditions are met, this can protect a woman from getting pregnant from the time she gives birth until the baby is six months old. This method is known as the Lactational Amenorrhea Method (LAM).
