Not an easy task guys 🫣. The keywords are practice, practice, and practice.

All deans were exposed to various scenarios that could occur in their daily routines.

Understanding existing procedures and policies aids decision-making.

Don't forget that humanization factors are important considerations in every decision.🌹

Day 1 | ADeL Series 2 | 5 March 2024

Enthusiastic all participants on the first day of the 2nd Series. These are the deans who will lead Malaysia’s higher education institutions towards glory 💪

We have been fortunate to have YBhg. Professor Emerita Datuk Dr Asma Ismail with us 😍

She passionately delivered the topic of Change, Conflict, and Risk Management 🤝

With real experience of managing a university before, she provided scenarios that can happen and how to handle them. This can lead the participants, or at least provide them with insight, in resolving challenges in orchestrating the faculty as deans 💪

Tan Sri Zarinah Anwar was in the house yesterday! 🤩
We were proud to have Tan Sri Zarinah with us sharing her experiences with the participants.

She talked about talent management and people skills, and highlighted a few important things: Performance vs Potential and Monitoring vs Coaching.

Hope this session inspired all the participants@deans to recruit more future potential leaders.
