Hindi gumagana ang calorie deficit.”
Actually, calorie deficit is the ONLY way to lose body fat. 🙂

Most of the time, kaya parang hindi gumagana is because hindi accurate ang pag-track ng pagkain.

Common mistakes:
• Mali ang serving size
• Hindi na-track yung oils, sauces, drinks, and snacks
• Random food entries na inaccurate

💡 3 tips para mas accurate ang tracking sa MyFitnessPal:

✅ Use VERIFIED food entries
Usually mas accurate yung may verified check.

✅ Create your own recipes
Para mas exact yung calories and macros per serving.

✅ Weigh your food when possible
Especially rice, oils, spreads, and snacks.

Track first to learn.
Awareness creates better food decisions, and better food decisions create fat loss. 💙
