Assalamu Alaikum,
It is hereby informed to all members that the first official meeting of the Pharmacy Club will be held on Tuesday.
As this is our first meeting, the presence of every member is very important. Your participation and cooperation will help us build a strong and well-organized club.
Agenda of the Meeting:
• A short inauguration ceremony will be organized.
• Discussion on the club’s vision, mission, and future goals
• Introduction of members and confirmation of assigned positions
• Clarification of roles, responsibilities, and expected duties of each position
• Planning of upcoming seminars, workshops, and academic activities
• Discussion on future events and extracurricular programs
• Establishment of working procedure and coordination system among members
• Club rules, discipline, and attendance policy discussion
• Basic financial planning and budget outline for club activities
• Collection of members’ suggestions, ideas, and feedback
• Planning of short-term activities and next steps
• Scheduling of the next meeting
Since all members have already been assigned their respective positions, they are kindly requested to attend the meeting with a clear understanding of their assigned roles and responsibilities. Each Secretary is requested to highlighting what they plan to contribute and the initiatives they wish to undertake for both the club and the department through their role. Each presentation will be allocated 2–3 minutes.
All members are also requested to carry a pen and paper/notebook for note-taking and personal reference during the meeting.
Your punctual presence and active participation are highly important, as this meeting will play a crucial role in building a well-structured and effective committee for the club.
