A mixture of teacher-led and child-led activities with the support of our Year 6 Tots Ambassadors in our indoor and outdoor learning spaces at Nottingham Girls' High School. 🐶TOTS HAVE FUN INDOOR PLAY AND PET CLUB! 🐌

We have had the most fun-filled morning here at Tots Have Fun. We spent the hour in our Nursery classroom with the water play, glitter, home corner, building blocks and train tracks, books and paints.

We were treated to a very exciting visit from our Senior School Pet Club, led by Mrs Deamer and two of our sixth form students, Freya and Harriet. We met...

🥁'TOTS HAVE FUN' PLAYED THE DRUMS! 🥁

We had a great morning at Tots today, learning how to play the drums, with junior music teacher, Jay Roberston.

From learning how to hold the drum sticks to trying out the bass, snare and cymbals, we managed to rock out some fantastic music together. We saw some incredible rhythm, coordination and love for music!

Assisted and demonstrated by our wonderful Tots Ambassadors from Year 5 who stepped in while Year 6 were busy rehearsing for the end of year play, Frozen jnr.

This week marks 10 years of Julie Keller as Head of Nottingham Girls’ High School. In that time, so much has changed in the world around us, but one thing has remained a guiding principle: ‘No girl left behind’. It’s more than a message. It’s something we see in the small, everyday moments of girls finding their confidence, supporting one another, and achieving more than they thought possible.

Like many, Julie fell in love with NGHS the minute she walked through the door. Her team and the girls here are what drive her every day to ensure that Nottingham Girls remains the progressive, quirky, inclusive, and academic school it is today, but that doesn’t happen by chance.

🐣EASTER EGG HUNT 🐰

We had a lovely fun morning at Tots today with an Easter Egg Hunt in our Upnah Woods.

The girls had lots of eggs to find, add to their basket or re-hide for their friends, as well as playing in the mud kitchen, climbing, balancing, swinging and splashing!

We’re delighted to share the next Tots Have Fun dates for our Summer Term, starting after Easter on Friday 1st May. 🎉👶

Our free indoor and outdoor sessions, for 2&3 year old girls, are run by our wonderful, trained Early Years team 🌈🧸 — so come along, play, explore and have fun!

🅿️ On-site parking available
⏰ 10am–11am
