Spring 2026 STAAR scores are now available through the Texas Assessment Family Portal. Families may log in to view their child’s STAAR results and access helpful resources to better understand student performance.

What is PASS?
Parent Access to Supplemental Supports, or PASS, provides eligible families with a $400 account to select and receive tutoring services for literacy support.
Families may qualify for PASS if their child “Does Not Meet” standard on the 3rd Grade Reading Language Arts STAAR.
Eligible families will be encouraged to create a PASS account through the STAAR Family Portal after reviewing STAAR scores. Families who create PASS accounts will receive notifications when the grant application opens.
Beginning in Fall 2026, parents will be able to use PASS funds to pay for tutoring services from approved options, including:
Brick-and-mortar tutoring companies
Virtual tutors
TIA-designated teachers
We encourage all 3rd grade families whose students were in 3rd grade during the 2025-2026 school year to log in to the Texas Assessment Family Portal, review their child’s STAAR results, and explore the available resources.
