💙 The calendar may have turned to June, but the importance of mental wellness remains year-round.

As we reflect on Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re proud of the impact made through advocacy, education, and community engagement. We were honored to accept the Mental Health Awareness Month Proclamation from the City of Miramar and Mayor Wayne Messam and to host our Release, Reset, Restore seminar, bringing resources, conversation, and support to our community.

The month may be over, but the work continues.

Today, families worldwide have an empty seat at their dinner table because a family member made the ultimate sacrifice to ensure our country’s freedom.

Their courage and dedication will never be forgotten. Today, we pause to reflect on their selflessness and the profound impact they've had on our nation, and their families who bear the burden of their absence 🕊️
