השבוע בחווה אירחנו שתי קבוצות מיוחדות ומרגשות-
ביום רביעי אירחנו משלחת של מנהיגות ומנהיגים יהודים מצפון אמריקה, המשתתפים בתוכנית המנהיגות של מכון וקסנר.
נושא התוכנית השנה הוא "התמודדות עם משבר ובנייה מחדש מתוך חזון", ובמסגרת ביקורם בדרום הם עוסקים בנושא "לזכור, לבנות, להמשיך".
אתמול אירחנו חברים ממשלחת ספורטאי המכביה, במסגרת אירועי "יום התקווה" של המכביה, הסוכנות היהודית לארץ ישראל ו קק״ל - קרן קימת לישראל הקבוצה הגיעה לכמה שעות כדי לשמוע את סיפורה של קהילת אשכול, של מושב עין הבשור ושל החווה שלנו. וכמובן גם להתנדב ולעבוד איתנו בשטח בעבודות החקלאיות של החווה.
תודה גדולה לשתי הקבוצות שבחרו להגיע, להקשיב, להרגיש ולהיות חלק מתהליך הזיכרון, הבנייה והתקווה ❤️

This week, we welcomed two very special groups to the farm.
On Wednesday, we hosted a delegation of Jewish leaders from across North America participating in the Wexner Institute's leadership programme. Their visit to southern Israel focused on this year's theme, "Facing Crisis and Rebuilding with Vision," and "Remembering, Rebuilding, and Moving Forward."
Yesterday, we welcomed members of the ,Maccabiah delegation as part of the Day of Hope events, organized by the Maccabiah, The Jewish Agency for Israel and KKL-JNF. They spent time with us learning about the story of the Eshkol region community, of Ein HaBesor, and of our farm. They also rolled up their sleeves and joined us, helping with the farm's agricultural work.
