In this keynote, Prof. Shin examines how sexual harassment in Japan and South Korea increasingly unfolds across digitally connected public spaces. Rather than treating technology as a separate issue, she shows how online communication intensifies long-standing gender inequalities while also opening new possibilities for feminist resistance.

儘管社會對「性別該長什麼樣」設下重重規範,總有特立獨行的先鋒,以意識與行動挑戰規則,活出無限可能。「⭐️Man Up ⬆️, Man Down ⬇️:男人、陽剛氣質與精神健康關注月⭐️」邀請了三位跳脫性別框架的男人——全職家庭主夫 Picco、肢體障礙男士 Jacky、跨性別男士 Kaspar,分享他們如何看待自我、「男人」身份如何形塑際遇與選擇,又怎樣回應社會種種期待。

📖 全職家庭主夫 Picco⎪ 中大工程系校友,曾創辦 IT 公司,後與太太 Vera Lui 共同創辦 Sally’s Toy。他在推廣女性性自主後,轉身走入廚房擔任全職家庭主夫。他以邏輯腦挑戰傳統性別定型,在育兒與家務中重新定義「大男人」的溫柔力量。
📖 肢體障礙男士 Jacky⎪ 腦麻痹輪椅使用者,挑戰對「正常男人」的想像,現於社企推動殘疾就業與多元價值。
📖 跨性別男士 Kaspar⎪ 儘管他的男性氣質自小已形於表外,Kaspar還是花了一些功夫才理解到自己的內在性別認同,並活出一種既符合又突破定型的男性身份。

男人從小被告知要 Man Up 💪🏼。
但沒有人教他們 Man Down 🤕 的時候可以怎麼辦。
"Man Up" 是我們最熟悉的一句話:它叫男人振作、堅強、不許示弱。幾乎每一個男人,都曾在某個脆弱的時刻聽到這句話,然後把眼淚和求助的念頭一併吞回去。"Man Down",則是軍事語言中「有人倒下、需要支援」的緊急訊號。把兩者並置,是一個邀請:承認自己 Man Down,不是失敗,而是看見真實處境、開口求助的第一步。真正的勇氣,不是永不倒下,而是倒下之後,願意讓人看見和接收別人的支持。
「Man Up ⬆️, Man Down ⬇️:男人、陽剛氣質與精神健康關注月」🗓️ 由香港中文大學多個部門聯合主辦,集展覽、工作坊、講座及真人圖書館於一身,從生物學、心理學、人類學與社會學的角度,深入探討男性所承受的壓力、束縛男性的性別定型,以及如何開啟一場更坦誠、更開放的男性議題對話。
