There’s a lot of planning that goes into how to exercise as someone with chronic conditions. However, I have found that doing something makes it a whole lot easier to manage my pain and fatigue than not doing anything at all. These are some of the ways that I incorporate movement into my life and treatment of my conditions 🙂

Acute pain is your body’s quick warning system—usually short-lived and linked to injury. Chronic pain, on the other hand, sticks around long after the injury heals, because the nervous system gets extra sensitive. Living with chronic pain has taught me how important it is to listen to your body and be patient with the healing process. Understanding the difference helps us manage it better.
