A huge thank you to Cooper Parry for visiting and speaking with our students about career opportunities within the firm.

It was especially inspiring to hear Kiara share her journey from A Levels, through university, and into her role at Cooper Parry - offering valuable insight and motivation for our students as they consider their own future pathways.

We’re excited about the opportunity to continue building and strengthening our relationship with Cooper Parry 🤝

Our Year 12 A Level Geography students recently completed two days of fieldwork across multiple locations including a visit to Maes Parcio Ynes to collect sand dunes data.

During the visit, students spent one day studying coastal processes along the Anglesey coastline and a second day investigating changing places within the local area. The experience provided a valuable opportunity for students to apply their classroom learning in real-world environments while developing their fieldwork and research skills.

It was a fantastic and engaging experience that supported their A Level Geography studies and helped bring key geographical concepts to life.

A big thank you to The Brian Clarke C of E Academy for inviting our students along for a drop-in session to chat with their pupils about life at The Blue Coat Sixth Form.

Our student ambassadors had some fantastic conversations, answered lots of thoughtful questions, and even squeezed in a cheeky game of chess! ♟️

It was great to see so many engaged and curious students - we loved sharing what makes sixth form life at Blue Coat such a great experience. We hope to see some of you again soon!

A huge thank you to the Kinder Language Network for inviting our Sixth Form to the motivational careers event at The Brian Clarke C of E Academy this morning!

We’re so proud of students Morgan and Megan, who were fantastic Blue Coat ambassadors, speaking to Year 9 students from schools across Oldham about the importance of learning languages and sharing why they chose to continue studying a language at Sixth Form. 🌍✨

Inspiring the next generation to embrace languages and the opportunities they open up!

Our Sixth Form students are back from an unforgettable week in Lungau, Austria⛷️

The annual ski trip was packed with adventure, progress, and plenty of fun! Students took part in 5 hours of ski lessons each day, building their skills and confidence on the slopes while enjoying the stunning alpine scenery.

But the fun didn’t stop there… Après-ski activities kept everyone entertained with a fantastic quiz night, pizza night, a thrilling ride on the scenic mountain coaster, bowling, and much more!

A huge well done to our students for representing Blue Coat so brilliantly – and thank you to the staff who made this incredible experience possible. What amazing memories made!
