ICT Project|STEM|Social Change|Concept Paper

Introduction :
"Identify local/regional cause or issue for social change to STEM track that can be addressed using an ICT Project Change. "
This topic ask multiple times especially to those students who's taking STEM track. The citizens of tomorrow must be better able to understand, discover, develop, and implement innovative and principled solutions to complex, transdiciplinary problems in a rapidly changing environment. The ICT can change those issues if we build foundational knowledge using technologies. In a new learning system due to unexpected situation (pandemic) technologies are big help to us we use it for communications, education while teachers can't able to teach students because we only rely on modules. We all know that in STEM track is very crucial topics being tackled is All about solving problems/mathematics which many student has the hard time to understand and learn sometimes lack of interest. In order to help the student some other social media Platforms and applications have different educational videos uploaded that may help learners to learn. High Technology such as Phone, laptop, computer, WiFi or data are useful to learners and teachers. However it is a choice of every individual to engage in the new learning system and it is our decision to set our basis.

Purpose:
The purpose of our campaign is to aim a new learning system that is accessible, efficient, safe and budget-oriented. It is important to consider these things to maintain the system as stable at it is. We wanted to express our calls through campaign as learners, we have seen the reduction of the enrollees rate for the past school year as well as today's school year
And we think because of the new learning system can't be accessed by some learners.

Description :
This campaign is to deliver a concern regarding with the new learning system. We are in the position to express our experience and we want an immediate response from the responsible one. The Government should take immediate action regarding with the new learning system to increase the learners population and consider the mental health of learners. The Department of education must take possible action for a better learning system.

Support :
Most of the parents and guardians might think that née learning system seems to be impractical. They spend their time more on to their children's education and had to set a budget for the load or WiFi needed to gadgets. Mental health state of the learners is also an issue they must be addressed immediately. It causes stress, trauma, lack of socialising and many more.
