Today, the men of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.
We especially remember our brothers in Sigma whose courage, leadership, and commitment extended beyond the Brotherhood and into the defense of freedom and justice. Their legacy lives on through the lives they touched and the example they set.
May we never forget their sacrifice.

This Black History Month, we honor George Washington Carver, a pioneering agricultural scientist and proud Phi Beta Sigma brother. Born into slavery, Carver rose to become one of the most respected minds of his time, developing over 300 uses for peanuts, sweet potatoes, and other crops.

His innovations in crop rotation revolutionized Southern farming, while his commitment to education and self-sufficiency empowered generations. Carver’s legacy is a testament to brilliance, resilience, and Sigma excellence.
