The Project AGAK HUPAY (Alalay ug Giya Alang sa Kabataan, Hangpon, Unongan ug PAmation ang ilang mga Yangu ngu) Orientation at Babag NHS for its Phase 3 implementation was successfully conducted with the strong support of our parents, teacher-advisers, school guidance advocates, and RGC.

DepEd Lapu-Lapu City Division and The Girl Scouts of the Philippines Cebu Council opened its Outdoor Leadership Course at Look National High School with 170 teacher-participants eager to learn, explore, and lead the Scouting way.

The event was graced by the presence of the Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Marilyn S. Andales, whose message inspired everyone to lead with courage, purpose, and heart.

For three days, participants will immerse themselves in outdoor skills, leadership sessions, and values that empower them to guide young girls in becoming leaders of tomorrow.

Here’s to a weekend of teamwork, growth, and meaningful Scouting experiences—always with safety first and service at heart. 💚✨

Today, the SDO Lapu-Lapu City team visited our partner, Restore Children & Family Services, for a feedback and planning session on our joint project, AGAK HUPAY — a group therapy program for learners. The meeting focused on the recently concluded batch held last February to April 2025 and on preparations for the next round of sessions. Grateful for the continued partnership and shared commitment to fostering care and resilience among our learners.
