Please be informed that the VFS Global Nepal has revised its biometrics appointments fees for Australia. The revised fee is NRs 2,895 /- (Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Five Nepalese Rupees Only). This revised fee will be effective from tomorrow (9th March, 2021) onwards.

Hi Everyone!
I have seen a lot of people asking the same queries/questions regarding UK admissions. I would like to address some of them:
PSW: Any student who completes his/her course by June-July 2021 will be eligible for PSW. Given, that their courses are NQF level 6 and above. Whether PGCert and PGDip courses will get PSW is not yet confirmed.
All the students who are unable to travel now due to Covid-19 restrictions but are able to reach UK by 6th of April will be eligible for PSW.
Scholarships: UK doesn’t usually give full scholarship to International students. You can expect scholarship of 3-4K £ from low ranking universities and around 6-7K from high rank universities. Some universities like LSE, Cambridge and UCL might give a lot more scholarship around 10-15K but that will be purely be based on Academics and Work Experience.
Even if you are not able to secure a job during the placement year, it will not hamper your PSW and you will still get 2 years of stay back. If you change your course in mid-semester and attend a course not mentioned in your initial CAS then getting a PSW might be tricky.
(This point is only valid for Indian students) IELTS can only be waived off if you have more than 70-75 marks in your inter/12th grade English. 12th grade needs to be within the last 6-7 years. MOI is only acceptable if the last institute you attended is within 2 years of your graduation. No other qualification can waive off your IELTS requirement.
PR: There is a minimum amount of years you have to stay in UK to be eligible for PR. PR is not immediately granted after Masters.
A lot of people are worried about the job opportunities in UK. As I have been an international student myself I can understand but earlier students were not able to get jobs because they only had 3 months to find it. Now that will not be the case due to 2 years PSW you will have ample amount of time to find a job just like in US or Canada.
14 days quarantine is mandatory. You will have to book your stay for 14 days before reaching UK. There is a form to be filled 2 days before flying which needs to include all these details. This has been made mandatory by the high commission.
Tuition fees for Masters- Tuition fees in UK starts from around 12-13K £ and goes upwards depending on the university’s ranking.
