These are the new approved Certifications, from the Board of the *Chartered Institute of Quality and Lean Six Sigma.*

Applicants will be assessed on their education, training, knowledge, skill and experience (K.S.E.). Due consideration will be given to those who are qualified only by practical experience.
There are many people who, through no fault of their own, have not had the opportunity to gain academic qualifications during their careers. These people may also apply for membership based on their own individual merits, practical experience and position.

This is a direct membership certification without lectures and exams waiver and it's based on work experience for working professionals in Project management, environmental health and Safety mgt, contract mgt, facility mgt, purchasing, estate mgt, IT and system mgt, transportation, import and export, inventory not, production, freight forwarding, materials mgt, Business Engineering, business mgt related areas etc.

*Entry Requirements:* Dip, HND, B.Sc or Professional Certificates in any subject, but MUST have minimum of 2 years work experience in areas of interested certifications.

*Types of Membership and Fees:*

1. *Affiliate Member* N30,000K (This is meant for undergraduates in Project or Facility Mgt, Engineering, ICT, Business related fields, this will enable them to apply for the Associate member after their HND/B.Sc)

2. *Associate (ACICPFM)* N80k
Applicants should be a holders of degree or certificate in Quality Management, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belts will be an added advantages with minimum of 3 years of work experience in Quality management, inspection, Quality improvement, Quality control or Quality assurance or its work is to overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control and quality improvement or related areas.
- *Plus Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification*

3. *Full Member (MCICPFM* ) N100K
Applicants should be a holders of degree or certificate in Quality Management, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt will be an added advantages with minimum of 5 years of work experience in Quality management, inspection, Quality improvement, Quality control or Quality assurance or its work is to overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control and quality improvement or related areas.

- *Plus Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification*

4. *Fellowship (FCICPFM)* N150K
Applicants should be a holders of degree or holders of Quality Management, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate will be an added advantages with minimum of 10 years of work experience in Quality Management, Quality Control or Quality Assurance or its work is to overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control and quality improvement or related areas.
- *Plus Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification*
- *Plus a Certificate Plaque*

5. *Doctoral Fellow (DR. -- FCICPFM)* N200K )(
Applicants should be a holders of degree or holders Quality Management, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certificate will be an added advantages with minimum of 20 years of work experience in Quality management, inspection, Quality improvement, Quality control or Quality assurance or its work is to overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control and quality improvement or related areas.
