Please be informed that the distribution of unclaimed Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) checks will be held on June 5, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dr. Salvador T. Duque Fieldhouse (Gym), LNU, Dagupan City.

Kindly bring the following requirements upon claiming your stipend:

1. Original Copy of Certificate of Registration (COR) or Certificate of Enrollment for the specific term and academic year, duly signed by the School Registrar;
Photocopy of School ID with three (3) specimen signatures.

2 If the grantee is unable to personally claim the stipend, he/she may authorize a parent, guardian, or sibling by submitting the following:

Requirements Nos. 1 and 2;
- An authorization letter signed by the grantee; and
- A photocopy of the valid ID of the authorized representative with three (3) specimen signatures.

All concerned grantees are advised to prepare the required documents and arrive on time.
