it’s never too late to make a resolution about taking care of your mental health and allowing yourself some love!! take some time today to give yourself a compliment (and compliment someone else, too!!)

not to be controversial but if you’re coughing, sniffling, sneezing, 🤧🤒 etc. in class 📚🏫📝 pretty please wear a mask!! ❤️‍🔥💖 we’re all for sharing & caring, but it’s not a good idea to spread droplets 🦠🧫 onto your friends!! we know you have a mask if you’ve been alive for the past 3️⃣ years + we think it would be super cool if you wore it when needed 😷❤️‍🔥

general health tip!! try to schedule a visit with your primary care provider today because WebMD can’t do all your routine screenings for you. follow for more groundbreaking general health tips!!

for legal reasons this is not true. 😔 but now that y’all are back on campus and touching all sorts of fun surfaces be sure to wash your hands!! 🧼🫧 germs can spread from person-to-person and onto surfaces which is not super fun, especially when you’re trying to stay happy, healthy, and safe (from getting yourself/others sick) during this new semester ❤️‍🔥🦠

how was your first day of classes?? we know it’s still sylly week & all, but it’s always a good idea to prioritize rest + get a good couple hours each night

did you know that it doesn’t have to be hot & sunny to wear sunscreen?? ☀️🧴 people of all complexions should wear sunscreen every day on skin not covered by clothing (if you will be outside)!! the sun emits harmful UV rays year-round - even on cloudy days, up to 80% of the sun's harmful UV rays can pe*****te the clouds ⛅️ protect your skin or we will be very upset!!
