Great News from KPMS:
Commencement of Kalvi Poonga Matric School Past Pupils Association (KPMS-PPA)
In commemoration of Silver Jubilee Year (2020) our KPMS, on 16th Nov. 2019, Saturday at 3 pm, Kalvi Poonga Matric School Past Pupils Association (KPMS-PPA) began with great enthusiasm. There were 17 Past students came and participated. They are all happy and wanted to continue this reunion by all means. There were 17 Past students came and participated. Rev. Fr. Savaridass welcomed the past pupils and explained the purpose of the association. According to his talk, the following are the main points.
- This past pupils gathering is a sign of gratitude of the past pupils towards the school and teachers.
- PPs can be supportive in many small ways to their old school (KPMS)
- This reunion will help them to find professional development in themselves as they come to know each other well.
- As they come and gather once in a year, they’ll have wonderful happy memories of their old school (KPMS), and opportunity to meet their old friends in their school itself.
Rev. Fr. Philips, Mr Janarthanam and Mr Victor gave talks on the benefits and joy of past pupils gathering and reunion.
Then, spontaneous selection of office-bearers (Person holding a position of authority) in KPMS-PPA organization was done. Three PPs came forward voluntarily to take up the responsibilities.

# It was decided to have KPMS_PPA meeting on 26th Jan of Every year from morning 10 am to 4 pm.
# Next KPMS-PPA meeting and reunion will take place on 2020, January 26th Sunday at Kalvi Poonga Matric school premises - Primary building site.
# Then together with Fr. Savridoss, Fr. Philips, Mr Janarthanam and Mr Victor PPs had a photo-shoot.
With full of happiness and feeling of gratitude all PPs left the school with big smiles🙂.
