ΠΣ/ΠΣΔ Bicol REC

On 12 February 2022, through the initiative of Bro. Founder, Prof. Stephen David , few Bicol paragons got together for a virtual meeting, during which the formation of a regional coordinating committee had been proposed.

A week later, the REC was officially formed, charged and inducted by the TAMU professor, Bro. Founder Tibo, to provide oversight for the con-fraternity in the region, centralized coordination among alumni associations, communities and school-based chapters, as well as conciliatory peace-making between any two or among any groups of fellow sigmans and deltans whenever such needs come up (however seldom such pacificatory functions are expected to be), facilitate synergism among the brothers and sisters of Pi Sigma Fraternity and Pi Sigma Delta Sorrority in Region 5, Southern Luzon Island of the Philippines.
