2023 is almost upon us!
Traditionally my New Year Resolution is to not make any resolutions--I'm still undecided if I fail or succeed at this.
The New Year is an excellent time to being making wanted changes in a variety of areas--kudos for becoming a better you!
Whose New Year Resolutions involve fitness, this year? What are your goals?

For me, fitness goals for 2023 revolve around *simplicity* and *consistency.*
I have recently been introduced to a company called GORUCK. I am throughly convinced that one does not need an elaborate home gym or expensive membership—but a few simple items, a plan, and some discipline.
While I do have a pull-up bar and Plyo-box, my home gym is built on sandbags and rucking (Sandbag & Ruck Training—SRT).
The GoRuck “Rucker” is marketed as a “gym on your back,” and delivers. It accepts ruck weight plates, has 4 padded handles (+ 2 shoulder straps), overbuilt durable construction, and a lifetime guarantee (you break it, they fix or replace it)!
You name the exercise, you could probably do it with the added resistance of a GoRuck Rucker and/or some Sandbags. Simple.
Set SMART goals with Simplicity and Consistency.
Not sure who still follows this page.
It’s been quite a year: moves, injuries, surgeries, new positions, life…
I would love for this page to become something.
What kind of content would appreciate to see in this page/community?
