Our 14-week courses are taught by a professional artist who will teach you methods and tricks used by artists and nurture your inner creativity. Through our step-by-step teaching approach, you will gain confidence using different media such as pencil drawing, oil pastels, watercolour paints and acrylic painting. The classes are open to all adults from 18 to the over 90’s and suitable for beginners

Week 4 focused on oil pastels and our amazing students created some beautiful art work using the skills they learnt from the lesson. They all worked incredibly hard to sharpen their skills 🥰😊🎨🖌️🖼️ Well done all and a real pleasure to work with you all 👏🏽

Week 3 focused on figure and face drawing which included a lot of proportions/measurements! Both our morning and afternoon group got to grips with the dimensions and produced some beautiful pieces! Next week we start on colour working with oil pastels! Should be good fun, and can’t wait to see what our students produce 🤩 🎨 😃

Week 2 of our foundation class where students focus on one-point perspective and enlargement. The students worked so hard and produced some amazing 🤩 work!!! So many said “I can’t draw that horse”! But they all smashed it!!

Our autumn 14 week class started yesterday and we had a fab time with our students!
Students went right back to the basics and were taught how to use their pencils correctly, then shading and produced a 3 dimensional picture and other pieces 🎨✍️
