6 months in…
Soph started with me as a beginner in the gym, her goal was to lower her body fat + build muscle, and to start seeing 10st on the scales and as of last week she’s now 3lb off reaching that goal🥹
Over the past 6 months she has always hit her non negotiables, planned her meals to fit her around her week & has steadily lost 1 stone while putting on muscle!!
We started with 3/4 sessions per week and worked upto 5/6 when her work schedule allows her to! She works super long shifts but always makes time and is proof that excuse’s are BS !!
Started at 77.3kg and is now at 71.1kg

Good for meal prepping just adjust the ingredients to make more, this makes 3 portions 🤍
Meal prep doesn’t have be long and have a million ingredients, this can be done in 20-30 mins and you’ve got for lunches for the week🫶🏻

My client trains with me once a week and follows her program for another 2-4 sessions depending on her work rota, where ever she can she puts the work in. She’s also stuck to her calorie deficit & protein goals. Dream client 😍🫶🏻
