True healing is not a bandaid, it’s a journey. This is why this healing program is self-paced. You may choose to complete the whole program in one sitting. It will take between 3 and 5 hours. If you choose this method, you can do it like a mini-retreat. Clear your schedule, set up your space, light some candles, and dive into the healing process. Alternatively, if you are someone who requires more time to process and integrate things, you can do this program in a slower way, and work through one module a day over the course of a week. It’s absolutely fine to do it either way. The important thing is to schedule the time, and commit to it. Because we all deserve to give ourselves that time to truly complete a past relationship - whether it was a great love or a great headache! Completing it properly is the gift we give ourselves so we can learn the lessons and move on. 🌺

When we are intimate with someone, especially if there is sexual intimacy, but even if not, we experience an energetic bond between ourselves and that person.

An energetic bond is
like a cord of energy that runs between us and the other person, connecting us and
sometimes limiting our freedom to move forward easily.

Just thinking about that person, you may become aware of a place in your body that feels a
sense of pressure, or a sense of twisting... as if there is an energetic cord that hooks into
that place in you. Perhaps it is this common feeling that is why we say we “hooked up with”
someone. Or that we feel “hooked up on” someone.

This cord often represents an unconscious energy dynamic between two people.... We hook
into someone else when we rely on them to “complete” us in some way. We rely on this
other person to meet our need for love, safety, security, sensuality, validity, confidence, or
any quality that we may feel is lacking in our lives, and that we believe they can fill... When
we outsource that quality to someone else, we hook into the other person to connect with
that quality (instead of sourcing that quality inside ourselves). And that is often what drives
these energetic dynamics.
