ANNOUNCEMENT !!!

With your support and blessings, I would like to announce that I have been successfully elected as President for AUCSA 2020. As you all know, none of this would have been possible if I did not have your trust, blessings and guidance.

Thank you to everyone that viewed the page, voted, shared, talked about it with their friends, had faith in my abilities and also to those who were cheering on the sidelines. All of it really builds up.

I look forward to working with this awesome group of people and providing immense value to the UOA commerce community.

Really grateful for the opportunity and the work has only begun

POLICIES

Holistic

It is time for AUCSA to move away from being the "Party club." My vision for this club is that by the end of 2020, when people think of AUCSA, they think of a well-rounded organisation. This means a focus on the following:

- Social
- Professional Development
- Volunteering
- Student representation
- Academic

This will also mean that we will fire up our ambassador's programme and make sure that they help AUCSA in providing value to

AUCSA is a faculty-student association with a purpose beyond just hosting steins and balls. Thanks to the leadership of Vishan and Sathsarinie this year, progress was made, but there is still much yet to be explored, and with the help of the 2020 exec, I hope that we can make AUCSA even more well rounded with offerings for everyone.

Ecosystem

AUCSA is a student-faculty association. This means that it is there to serve the entire commerce community. The business school has been blessed and is very lucky to have so many diverse clubs with many offerings for its students. It is AUCSA's job to help make sure that these business clubs continue to thrive and collaborate. The clubs of business school are not meant to compete and dominate. They are intended to provide opportunities for community and development to students.

In saying this, as President, I would like to explore avenues of collaboration with business school and cultural uni clubs. I would also like to ensure a co-operative ecosystem and to do this, I would explore ways in which the leadership of these clubs can work together.

Service

This policy is regarding the cultural tone I would like to set for the organisation in 2020. I want to make sure that AUCSA is there for students. Not that the students are there for AUCSA.

The primary intent of AUCSA's actions in 2020 should be in regards to how we can best serve the business school community. It is not about our profits. It is not about our numbers. It is about how many students we can help in a way possible. That should be one of the primary metrics for our success in 2020.

Hello Everyone

I am super stoked to launch my campaign for AUCSA President 2020, and I am grateful that you are taking this opportunity to join me on this journey.

Ever since my first year at Uni, I have part of the AUCSA exec. From being its first-year representative to now being its Vice president, I have had the great honour and privilege of serving our local commerce students community.

Being a part of such an organisation would not have been possible if I did not have the opportunity. For that, I would like to thank 2018 and 2019 Exec, especially Romina, Dielle, Vishan, and Sathsarinie. Thank you guys for all your work, your wisdom, and your service. I hope to make you guys proud.

Over the next few days, I will be posting regarding my policies, experience, and voting details. So please do keep an eye out.

After dedicating so much of myself to this organisation, I wish to ask for your blessings (and your votes) so that I can continue to steer this organisation in the right direction and ensure it continues to always be at your service.
