Around this time last month, athletes from across clubs and categories stepped onto the mat to compete at the DAMEK Open 1.0 Poomsae Championships.
From Individual Poomsae to Pair Poomsae, Team Poomsae, and the exciting Freestyle Poomsae divisions, competitors demonstrated exceptional skill, discipline, precision, and the true spirit of Taekwondo.
Today, we celebrate the athletes whose performances earned them a place on the podium and etched their names into the history of our inaugural championship.
