Tae Kwon Do Instruction Mr. Osorio has been practicing Tae Kwon Do for over 22 years in the Columbus, GA area with over 15 years of teaching experience.
He learned his art from the only true Tae Kwon Do Grandmaster in the area, Grandmaster Vanger LaGrand. Grandmaster LaGrand trained and taught here in the Columbus area for over 45 years under Grandmaster Young Sil Seo and Grandmaster Young Seon Seo. We will be having promotional testing on May the 6th at 12:00 pm. Please come about a half and hour early to practice and stretch. Remember to have a good breakfast for good energy. Also please try to get the testing sheets in by end of class on Thursday the 4th of may so I can get you on the testing sheet. See you then.

Happy Easter Everyone!!!
We will not have class next week. I will be on vacation. We will start back up on June 1st.
We will be having promotional testing on Is Saturday April 30th at 12 PM in room 1. Please see Mr. Osorio For a testing sheet. Have the sheet completed and turned back in with your payment. I look forward to seeing you all there. Remember to rest the night before and eat a good breakfast for energy.
