Want to sound like a leader (without sounding arrogant)? 🚀
Instead of using "I managed..." or "I led..." every time, try the word SPEARHEAD.
It’s a great way to show that you didn't just follow orders, but actually took the initiative and moved the project forward.
In the slides below, I explain:
What it really means.
When it sounds best (from LinkedIn to meetings).
Real examples you can use right away.
I don’t believe in boring grammar drills. My goal is to give you phrases that actually work in real life and help you feel confident.

Học tiếng Anh: How many times have you heard
"I will feedback you later" in a meeting? 🤔
While everyone understands the intention, using "feedback" as a verb is one of the most common traps for English learners in the business world.
Look at the screenshot from my recent training session with an amazing group of professionals.
We broke down exactly why this happens. "Feedback" is a noun, which means we need to use it with helper verbs!

✔️ Give feedback
✔️ Receive / get feedback
✔️ Have feedback
Example: "I will give you my feedback by Friday" (not "I will feedback you").
My goal as a Corporate English Trainer is to help teams fix these common mistakes so they can communicate with 100% confidence.
Be honest — have you ever caught yourself making the "feedback" mistake? 😉 Let's discuss below!
