After our run as Strata, today we're stepping into a new name: ARX Training.

Same team. Same mission. Sharper focus.

Here's the why: Strata Fi****ms Training centered the fi****ms. But fi****ms were never the whole story — they're one tool in a much bigger toolkit. Most of what we actually do is help church safety teams build awareness, de-escalation, and the kind of quiet readiness that supports the mission instead of overshadowing it.

So we narrowed the name to widen the mission.

"Arx" is Latin for citadel — a fortified high place that watches and protects, but doesn't dominate. That's the kind of safety team we equip: present, prepared, and out of the way of everything else the church is trying to do.

Our live-fire qualification ensures that every armed safety team member can responsibly and confidently carry out their duties during services.

Every attendee in Modules 2 and 3 receives a Participant Guide—a workbook designed to reinforce learning during and after training. These guides are filled with practical information, clear takeaways, and extra resources, along with dedicated space for personal notes. They serve as an ongoing reference to help your team retain knowledge, stay prepared, and continue developing long after the course is complete.
