ਮਕੈਨੀਕਲ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਪਾਸ ਹੋਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਆਖ਼ਿਰੀ ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ:

ਪਿਆਰੇ 2022 ਬੈਚ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਦਿਆਰਥੀਓ।

ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੁਨਹਿਰੀ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਲਈ ਕਦਮ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ, ਯਾਦ ਰੱਖੋ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ, ਸਗੋਂ ਉਸ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਸਮਝ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਸੋਚ ਨਾਲ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ ਜੋ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੋਹਣਾ ਰੂਪ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ।
ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਇਹਨਾਂ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਯਾਦ ਰੱਖੋ:
• ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰੀ: ਚਾਹੇ ਉਹ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨ ਹੋਵੇ, ਮੈਨੂਫੈਕਚਰਿੰਗ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ, ਨੈਤਿਕ ਮਾਪਦੰਡਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਹੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਬਣਾਏਗੀ।
• ਅਨੁਕੂਲਤਾ (Adaptability): ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਖੇਤਰ AI ਅਤੇ ਟਿਕਾਊ ਊਰਜਾ (sustainable energy) ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਬਹੁਤ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਬਦਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ; ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਕੁਝ ਨਵਾਂ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਜਿਗਿਆਸਾ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਿਓ।
• ਦ੍ਰਿੜਤਾ (Resilience): ਜਿਵੇਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪੜ੍ਹੇ ਗਏ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ material science ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ, ਕਿ ਪਦਾਰਥ (materials) ਦਬਾਅ ਹੇਠ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਵੀ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਨਿਖਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਮੁਹਾਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਨਿਖਾਰਨ ਲਈ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਕਿਆਂ ਵਜੋਂ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰੀਓ।

ਗਿਆਨੀ ਜ਼ੈਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੈਂਪਸ ਕਾਲਜ ਆਫ਼ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਐਂਡ ਟੈਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ (GZSCCET), MRSPTU ਦੇ ਬੀ.ਟੈਕ-ਮਕੈਨੀਕਲ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ (ਦੂਜੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੀਜੇ ਸਾਲ) ਦੇ 25 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਇੰਟਰਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਲਈ ਸਫ਼ਲਤਾਪੂਰਵਕ ਚੋਣ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
ਸਟਾਈਪੈਂਡ: ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ₹15,000 ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਸਟਾਈਪੈਂਡ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ।
ਕੰਪਨੀ ਬਾਰੇ: 'ਅਲੇਨਾ ਆਟੋ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀਜ਼' (Allena Auto Industries) ਲੇਥ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਾਂ, VMCs, CNCs, ਮਿਲਿੰਗ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਡਰਿੱਲ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਾਂ ਵਰਗੇ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਉਪਕਰਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਿੰਗ (precision machining) ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਹਾਰਤ ਰੱਖਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਹੋਰ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ: ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਇੰਟਰਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਓਵਰਟਾਈਮ ਪੇਅ, ਪ੍ਰੋਡਕਸ਼ਨ ਇੰਸੈਂਟਿਵ, ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਖਾਣੇ ਅਤੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਦੇ ਵੀ ਹੱਕਦਾਰ ਹੋਣਗੇ।
ਸਾਰੇ ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ-ਬਹੁਤ ਮੁਬਾਰਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਗਾਮੀ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਸ਼ੁਭਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ।
ਇਹ ਸਭ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਵਾਈਸ ਚਾਂਸਲਰ, MRSPTU, ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਰਹਿਨੁਮਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।

*25 students from B.Tech-Mechanical Engineering (2nd & 3rd Year), GZSCCET, MRSPTU have been successfully selected for Internship*

The selected students will receive a stipend of ₹15,000 per month.

The company conducted campus drive on 15.04.2026,

Allena Auto Industries specializes in precision machining using advanced equipment such as Lathe Machines, VMCs, CNCs, Milling Machines, and Drill Machines.

In addition, they will be eligible for overtime pay, production incentives, free food, and accommodation for a duration of internship.
