Improve your golf game even in lockdown. Only a few coaches and pros know and apply the SAID principle. It says every sport poses its own unique demands and that in order to improve skills unique to a particular sport, it’s best to practice the moves used in that sport. (SAID is the acronym for Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands.)
The body responds to a given demand, whether biomechanical or neurological, with a specific, predictable adaptation. Do press-ups and you get better in press-ups. Don't exercise and you will decrease strength, mobility and power very fast. Increase your static flexibility which doesn't benefit to your golf swing.
This 15 sec video shows a specific golf exercise to improve rhythm, stability, mobility and (hip) rotation. It can be done as a warming up before your game or anytime when you want to prepare your body for longer strokes, faster swing and prevent injuries.
