I agree. For Instagram, shorter is usually stronger. People often read the carousel first, then skim the caption. The caption should reinforce the message, not repeat every slide.
Here’s a tighter version that still sounds like you:
One of my goals is to help translate complex research into language that actually makes sense.
I’ve worked with many women living with endometriosis, and I’ve seen how deeply it can affect their quality of life. The pain, fatigue and uncertainty are very real, and for many women, the journey to finding answers can be long and frustrating.
That’s why I believe education matters.
The science of endometriosis is evolving, and so is our understanding of this complex condition.
Researchers are no longer asking only, “How do we treat hormones?”
They’re also asking:
• Why isn’t the immune system clearing these cells?
• Why does inflammation continue?
• Why does scar tissue develop?
• Could the gut microbiome influence immune function?
The questions are changing, and that could shape the future of endometriosis care.
While research continues, one thing hasn’t changed: supporting the foundations of health—nutrition, movement, sleep, gut health, nervous system regulation and working with a knowledgeable healthcare team—remains incredibly important.
My hope is that by sharing the latest evidence in a way that’s easy to understand, more women feel informed, empowered and confident to advocate for their health.
