We are our worst critics.
No one is perfect. We make mistakes. We learn. We evolve.
If you make a mistake as a parent, apologize. Show your child how to admit to mistakes. That’s a great lesson for them to learn. Silence the inner critic in your child by being real. Acknowledge your imperfections and embrace a growth mindset.
It will make you and your child much happier.
