هذا الفيديو الذي نشره الأسير المحرر المناضل صدقي المقت على صفحته على الفيس بوك وعلى الاخبارية السورية في العام 2015 وفضح من خلاله تورط سلطات الاحتلال الصهيوني بالحرب الارهابية في سورية ودعمها للعصابات الارهابية بالامداد العسكري واللوجستي والتدريبي والتطبيبي والقصف المباشر لآهداف عسكرية ومدنية نيابة عنهم.
وبسبب المعلومات التي كشفها المناضل المقت بالصوت والصورة والتفاصيل الدقيقة التي تدين الاحتلال بجرائئم حرب ضد الشعب السوري ولأنه مارس دوره الوطني كعربي سوري يدافع عن وطنه الأم سورية ولأنه أدى واجبه مثل أي جندي سوري يقاتل على جبهة الإرهاب من ناحية وجبهة العدو الصهيوني من ناحية ثانية تعرض للاعتقال والتحقيق والسجن مرة ثانية وحكم 14 عاماً قضى منها خمس سنوات ثم أطلق سراحه بدون قيد أو شرط.

The Syrian President, Bashar Al Asad sent the following letter appraising the courageous decision to reject the Israeli occupation conditional release and deportation to Damascus:

To the Prisoner, the fighter and the hero: Sidqi Al Makt
I send you a Syrian Arab Greeting from Damascus, the land of Arabism, in my name and on behalf of our fatherly people while you are in the Israeli Occupation detentions and prisons; and through you to all our heroic families and to our people in the Syrian Arab Golan and occupied Palestine.
Your last stance, which came after repeated attempts to release you, ended in your question and your choice between staying in Damascus and not returning to the Golan - which is closest to yourself, or continuing you’re suffering in the Israeli detention camps and preferring to be detained not to return to the Syrian Golan, expresses the fighting spirit in a soul where devotion, pride and dignity were rooted. A spirit of a great fighter watching the days go by and doesn’t get tired and where the years pass and doesn’t relent him vigor or slander him.
You embodied patriotism in its fullest form when you refused to go out to one part of the country without another. Just as patriotism was and still is indivisible, so is your country also indivisible and one entity in your heart. Besides, as much as we waited for you to be released from detention, as much as we stood in respect for your refusal to be released with the conditions of the occupier. You preferred the comfort of conscience over the rest of the body, you also preferred the punishment of imprisonment over incomplete freedom, and sent a message to all Syrians that glory is not made by money or well-being or acceptance of half-solutions and compromises. But rather it is made by self-esteem, human dignity and resilience in the face of aggression and by preserving the dignity of your homeland, your dignity has risen up and the arrogance of the occupier fell under your feet and the feet of heroes like you.
Your strife, together with the sacrifices and epics that the heroes of the Syrian Arab Army have laid in the trenches of honor against the genuine enemy and against the proxy terrorism, has become a torch that shines the path for this generation and future generations who are on their way to a free and cherished future and to a promise and certainty to free every inch of this pure land.

المناضل صدقي المقت يرفض الافراج المشروط بالإبعاد عن أرض الجولان العربي السوري المحتل لمدة عشرين عاماً. وكان موقفه المشرف برفض شروط المحتل الصهيوني والإصرار على البقاء بين أهله في الجولان المحتل وأصدر البيان التالي:

بيان صادر عن الأسير العربي السوري في سحون الإحتلال الإسرائيلي ... صدقي سليمان المقت .
حضر الملحق العسكري في السفارة الروسية في تل ابيب الى سجن النقب يوم الخميس . ٢٨/١١/٢٠١٩ ، وجرى لقاء بيني وبينه في أحد مكاتب إدارة السجن بحضور شخصين بلباس مدني لا أعرف من هما ، أحدهما يتكلم العبرية وأبلغني الملحق العسكري الروسي الذي كان يرتدي الزي العسكري الرسمي بأنه بناءاً على مساعي الرئيس السوري بشار الأسد والرئيس الروسي بوتين فانه سيتم الافراج عني اليوم إلى دمشق لمدة عشرين عام ، يحق لي بعد مرور خمس سنوات تقديم طلب بالعودة إلى الجولان .
من جانبي شكرت روسيا على هذا الجهد وكذلك الرئيس بوتين ووجهت لهم التحية على مساهمتهم في الحرب على الإرهاب ، وأبلغت الملحق العسكري الروسي بأني أرفض هذا الافراج المشروط ، وأرفض الإبعاد عن الجولان ولا أقبل بحرية مقيدة ،
الشخص الذي كان يرتدي الزي المدني والذي كان يترجم لي من الإنكليزي الى العبري قال لي خذ وقتك في التفكير في الأمر ، قلت له ان قراري جاهز ولا حاجة للوقت ، وإنتهى اللقاء ...
يهمني هنا أن أوضح للرأي العام ، بأنه وعلى الرغم من أني أحترق شوقاً لعناق دمشق ولنيل حريتي ، إلا أني أرفض أن أعانق دمشق بشروط إسارئيلية ، ولا أقبل بحرية تمليها علي قيود الإحتلال .
سامحيني يا دمشق فأنت في القلب ... عذراً دمشق فالجولان يناديني ... الواجب الوطني في الجولان يناديني ... صمود الأهل في الجولان يناديني ... قبر أمي في الجولان يناديني ... شعرت وأنا أقول لا لسياسة الإبعاد بأني منسجم تمام الانسجام مع مبادئي ومع الارث النضالي لصمود الأهل في الجولان المحتل وتمسكهم بأرضهم ، وإن سورية بشعبها وجيشها وقيادتها حاضرة معي .
شعرت بقوة كبيرة وأنا جالس قبالة الملحق العسكري الروسي ، لأنه عندنا قائد إسمه بشار الأسد بأسمه الكبير وقامته الوطنية الصادقة ، شعرت بقبضة يد الرئيس بشار الأسد تضرب على الطاولة في دمشق ، فإذاً بجدران السجن تتهاوى من حولي وتنهار في سجن النقب في فلسطين المحتلة .

جرت جلسات المحاكمة العسكرية بحق المناضل السوري صدقي المقت بسرية تامة وبحضور محدود انحصر بهيئة المحكمة والادعاء العسكري ومحامي المناضل صدقي والذي تم تعيينه من بين 300 محامي حججتهم المحكمة لللأسير المقت.
وقد منح الأسير مدة عشرة دقائق لقراءة لائحة الاتهام التي جاءت في 32 صفحة معظمها مظلل بالأسود كمادة سرية. ولم يسمح لأحد خارج نطاق هيئة المحكمة وادعائها العام ومحامي الأسير والأسير المقت من الاطلاع عليها. وقد تم تحذير محامي الأسير من نشر فحوى لائحة الاتهام أو التداول بفحواها والا تعرض للملاحقة القانونية.
فيما يلي لائحة الاتهام بحق الأسير المقت:

لائحة الاتهام التي قدمتها النيابة الاسرائيلية بحق المناضل صدقي المقت:
تجميع معلومات ومعطيات عن فعاليات الجيش الاسرائيلي في الجولان
1- من بداية 2014 وحتى اعتقاله يوم 25-2-2015 تجسس المتهم على جيش الدفاع وجمع بشكل ممنهج معلومات عن تحركاته في الجولان بهدف الاضرار بأمن الدولة
2- من أجل تجميع المعلومات قام المتهم بجولات في الجولان لتصوير وتوثيق المعطيات
3- أقام المتهم علاقات مع سكان الجولان والذين اعتادوا تزويده بمعلومات عن اي تحرك غير عادي للجيش وبهذه الطريقة جمع المتم المعلومات
4- قام المتم باستعمال الحاسوب وصفحة الفيس بوك الذي بحوزته وباسمه والذي كان مفتوحا للجميع في المواعيد الملائمة للاتهام
5- في بعض الحالات وحسب ما سيفصل لاحقا قام المتهم بنشر نتائج تجميع المعلومات في صفحة الفيس بوك وهو يعرف ان النتائج ستصل الى ايدي العدو وعن قصد وسبق اصرار
6-التفصيل الاتي هو امثلة لنشاط التجسس الذي نفذها المتهم خلال فترة الموافقة
7- يوم 13-9-2014 وصل المتهم في جولة الى معبر القنيطرة صور ووثق نشاطات جيش الدفاع في المنطقة وعبر الحدود حول ايواء قوات الامم المتحدة والتي غادرت سوريا نتيجة المعارك.
ب- تجاهل المتهم تعليمات جيش الدفاع القاضية بمنع التصوير في المنطقة والتعليمات تقول له ان المنطقة عسكرية مغلقة واستمر في توثيق فعاليات جيش الدفاع
ج- في الموعد اعلاه حوالي الساعة 23 نشر المتهم على صفحته في الفيس بوك صورا التقطها خلال جولته وكذلك منشورات فصل فيها فعاليات وتحركات جيش الدفاع حول استيعاب قوات الامم المتحدة وحجم القوات المستوعبة حيث حظيت المنشورات بمئات المشاركين والمتابعين .

8- يوم 16-9-2014 مساء قام المتهم بجولة في منطقة حدود اسرائيل سوريا قرب القنيطرة وراقب تحركات جيش الدفاع في المنطقة وشاهد جنود جيش الدفاع يقومون بدوريات وتدريبات جسدية وهم غير مسلحين ومن دون حماية ،كما وكشف بوابة مفتوحة الموصلة الى جدار الحدود .
ب-قام المتهم بكتابة تقرير مفصل عن نقاط الضعف الممكن استغلالها لعمليات تخريبية ضد قوات جيش الدفاع واسرائيل .
في الغد يوم 14-9-2017 الساعة 8:10 ثمانية وعشر دقائق نشر المتهم على صفحته في الفيس بوك ويعلم ان المنشور سيصل الى الاعداء بهدف مساعدة العدو في حربه ضد اسرائيل كما يلي."غدا 16-9-2014 اقتربت من الحدود في منطقة مقابل الحميدية والقنيطرة الجديدة .تسللت وحدي في السيارة وشاهدت جنود الاحتلال دون سلاح وبلباس رياضي يتدربون ركضا دون خوف ،اقتربت وأطفأت أضواء السيارة "

The court sessions were limited and discrete but only to military judges, persecution, the lawyer who was assigned by the court and Sidqi Al Maqt. Sidqi was only allowed ten minutes to read his indictment sheet of 32 A4 pages. No one, even his lawyer was supposed to publish or declare any information about the trial procedures or context under penality of persecution.
The 32 A4 pages included all charges against Sidqi were tented in black as you can see in one of these pages below.

“Israeli military court” indictment of Sudqi Almaqt:
collecting information about the Israeli army activities in the Golan.
1. Since 2014 until he was arrested in 25-2-2015, the accused spied on the IDF and he collected information about its movements in Golan aiming to harm the state’s security.
2. For the purpose of collecting information, the accused toured in Golan, took photos and documented the information.
3. He made relationships with residents of Golan, who gave him information about any unusual movements for the army.
4. He used his computer and Facebook account, which was of an open access at the time of being accused.
5. - In some cases and according to what will be detailed later, the accused published the results of the collection of information on his page, knowing that the results will reach the hands of the enemy intentionally and help them.
6. The following is an example of spying activities carried out by the accused during the approval period:
7. On 13-9-2014, the accused arrived on a tour to the Quneitra crossing and documented the activities of the IDF in the mentioned area then crossed the border to a shelter of the UN forces, which left Syria as a result of the fighting
b. The accused ignored the IDF's instructions that forbid filming in the area and as the instructions tell, the area is closed and despite that he continued to document the activities of the IDF.
c. On the above date, around 23:00 pm, the accused published on his page pictures taken during his tour, as well as leaflets detailing the activities and movements of the IDF related to the UN forces his posts had many follows and shares.

8. On 16-9-2014 evening, the accused toured the Israel-Syria border area near Quneitra and observed IDF movements in the area and saw the IDF soldiers patrolling and training unarmed and without any protection, and he uncovered an open gate leading to the border wall.
b. The accused wrote a detailed report on the vulnerabilities that could be exploited for acts of sabotage against IDF and Israel.
