We are excited to announce that our team has officially registered for the Unmanned Underwater Systems Competition at Teknofest 2026.

Our next challenge: designing and building a Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) capable of performing complex underwater missions. 🌊🤖

The NUST Society of Maritime Engineers (NSME) , proud to be the first-ever student maritime society of Pakistan, has achieved a remarkable milestone at the World Ferry Safety Association (WFSA) International Ferry Design Competition.

Our original ferry design has been awarded 1st Place in the Charles R. Cushing Award for Esthetic Design, standing out among 18 competing teams from around the world.

This recognition is a testament to the creativity, technical excellence, and collaborative spirit of our team. As we proudly represent Pakistan on the global stage, we remain committed to advancing maritime innovation.
