Imagine you have a bucket inside of your body which collects all of your stress.

Day-to-day things like work, home life, illness or finances all add stress into the bucket…sometimes in stages, slowly, and other times major events can cause our bucket to fill quickly.

Just some indicators that our buckets are over overflowing could be:

* Irritability
* Anxiousness
* Feeling tearful
* Feeling low

It’s important to find coping mechanisms once spotting the signs, to help keep us from over spilling.
Some coping strategies could be:

* Socialising
* Reading
* Taking a break
* Exercising
* Talking/off loading
* Ask for help.

We’re all different and so our buckets and amount we can carry can come in different sizes and that’s okay. The most important thing is to reach out, chances are that if we haven’t spotted the signs, someone else has.

What if we allowed painful events which leave emotional scars to be turned into something beautiful; to help others 💙.

WHO'S IN???? 👌👌👌

Next week is the first week!

We're encouraging businesses, organisations, companies, sports teams and everyone in between to help us get trending again, and to help encourage those conversations around wellbeing and Mental Health....

So... who's already in, and who wants to help us spread the word?
