A unique opportunity, the competition tasked students with exploring the viability of establishing a Living Learning Community for the 55+ demographic, either on campus or in the surrounding area. With a top prize of $7,500 on the line, students engaged in thorough research, crafting professional proposals that delved into the economic impact, financial feasibility, and logistical viability of the proposed senior living community.
