2021 Mt. Holly Schools All Years Reunion

On December 11, 2020 the Mount Holly Police Department experienced a tragic loss. The loss of Officer Tyler Herndon not only impacted our agency, it impacted our community, and it impacted Tyler’s family. Since that tragic day we all have contributed in carrying Tyler’s name forward and ensuring he is always remembered. As we remember Tyler and those who love him on this day, may we all search for a personal meaning of how we can continue to “Be in Pursuit of the Ultimate Good”. We will always remember and honor Tyler Herndon.

Today, we honor and remember Officer Tyler Herndon of the Mount Holly Police Department on the anniversary of his End of Watch.

Officer Herndon’s courage, service, and sacrifice on 12/11/20 exemplify the heroic role law enforcement plays in preserving peace and safety. Without dedicated individuals like him, our communities would face violence, theft, and lawlessness.

Police officers risk their personal safety every day to uphold the stability of our community, and we are deeply grateful for their commitment. Thank you, Officer Herndon, for your selflessness and service—we will never forget. 💙

The Mount Holly Police Department has registered for a K9 grant through Aftermath Cares. This grant would be a huge asset for our K9 program. In order to make this happen we need the community’s support!

All you have to do is visit www.aftermath.com/k9-grant and vote for the Mount Holly Police Department.

Hi Everyone,
This is an update from our meeting last night.
Due to the uptick in cases of the coronavirus and the coming restrictions, we felt it was in the best interest of everyone if we tried to do this again next spring.
We have tentatively selected the date of Saturday, April 29th to have our next reunion. Please pass the word and, hopefully, we'll make this happen. Please stay safe out there and take care.

Information for the reunion as follows:
Sept. 25th from 5 until 9. Proceeds go to paying for facility and anything we have left will be donated to the Mt. Holly Historical Society. The price is $10 cash per person at the door. There will be two food trucks on site. Please support these trucks.

The Historical Society will be open from 1 until 4. If you have not been in, you really should consider visiting. Also, there will be a band downtown Friday night.

We are hoping for a great turnout. It will be so nice to see people we haven't in a while. Can't wait to see everyone!
