Aloe Vera Plants! This wasn’t “tough” to get a slide of but you definitely need a sharp enough knife to cut any plant thin enough. We all love Aloe because of their many uses in food, drinks and to help soothe burns but did you know that if they are taken care of well enough they can even live up to 100 years old?

I’m back! Here’s a new blood slide at my fingers expense for your entertainment and education! Red blood cells are round and flat with a indented center like a donut without the hole punched all the way through. They have a protein in them called Hemoglobin that makes it possible for the cell to carry oxygen around your body and keep you alive! Here’s a video of the Peranema! The little wiggling string on the front of him is his Active Flagellum. He is probably 25-65 microns long and is a scavenger/predator!
