Another great year with 🩵 🖤 celebrating this years achievements , and my three year anniversary with V!roc! I am blessed to work for this incredible company, and even more with so many amazing people!

It is with a very heavy heart to share the passing of . Jeff, you were a true pioneer for this sport. Being able to grow up knowing you and the impact you made on cheerleading is memories I’ll forever Cherish and am so thankful for . So many athletes never had the chance of knowing you, and will never truly understand how one man made such a difference and impact for our sport. I’ll always remember your laugh and smile that night, riding 3 people deep on a scooter at Coronado springs! Thank you for everything you have done for cheerleading, for Varsity, and to grow a sport so many of us are so passionate about, and to create so many careers for all of us to continue your work and legacy through! You will be very missed Jeff!

Wow!! Seeing both of these teams on the podium this weekend in the First and Second place spots was so amazing !! Washington State sure did represent this weekend in California !!!

My history with both of these programs is so deep, all the way back to camps In 2008. was one of the first teams I ever worked with when I was 18 years old. From miracle ranch camps , to many years in between, I am so thankful for all the memories and relationship with these coaches and athletes that I have built over the last 15 years !!

Serena - thank you for your trust all these years and letting me be a little piece of y’all’s journey. For continuing to grow as a coach every year , your eagerness to learn , ask questions, and always want to improve is your best quality as a coach! 🫶

- over a decade of working with this school, between coaching changes , Flying High with Dani, and seeing the legacy that has continued to be passed on year after year through this program, is why I love what I do so much!!

Kim- who knew when I met you and Tati at University of Kentucky tryouts in 2008 - would I ever believe that you would be one of the most inspirational leaders in my life. From being your athlete, to co coaching beside you,to being basically family - I am so very thankful for you and all the laughs and memories that we continue to create through this crazy sport! Thank you for always believing and trusting in me the last 15 years !

Both of these programs have shaped me into the coach and choreographer I am today . Thank you for the last 15 years W.F West and Skyline! This weekend was one of my favorites of all time! ♥️
