🏙Just as there are dangerous neighbourhoods in the physical world, the same is true in the interior, psychological realm.

👥️Our destiny depends on the kind of people we associate with: if you associate with criminals in a city, you end up in trouble; in the psychological realm, there are companions hidden in the depths of the unconscious that lead us to ruin—the egos. 🤔It is astonishing when we discover an order in the work related to the elimination of the multiple psychic aggregates that personify our errors. Such order is achieved gradually and is processed according to the dialectic of consciousness.

🪽Dialectics of reasoning can never surpass the work of the dialectic of consciousness. The facts demonstrate that the psychological order in the work of eliminating defects is established by our own profound inner Being.

🖐🏼Each of our senses is governed by different laws and it is essential to understand that the senses profoundly influence our inner state.

💪🏼Applied self-discipline allows us to align and connect with our inner bodies. This requires learning to listen, transforming impressions, and maintaining a correct centering of consciousness. When we act mechanically, our level of consciousness diminishes, and our Being withdraws.

🦻🏾Those who aspire to awakening must learn to listen attentively, retaining what is useful and discarding what is useless. They must be mindful of their words to create harmony and use their thoughts wisely, striving to correct their mistakes.

👁It is also necessary that we observe our senses, because without that control it is impossible to transform our defects. For example, it would be impossible to eliminate gluttony if we allow the sense of taste to act without restraint.

🔎Observe your senses, know yourself.

🕯Whoever illuminates the path of others illuminates his own; this is only possible if we create the conditions for our own path to become clear. We cannot help others if we do not first help ourselves. This thought recalls the parable of the talents; we all possess them by divine grace, but few develop them due to a dormant conscience. If Knowledge finds an open door and a place to grow, it will need the inner sun to illuminate it in order to strengthen it, so that the pillars of Art, Science, Philosophy and Religion can be established.
