Today is a day of mixed emotions for all: today is the “last class day” for Baldwin seniors. To MY seniors, I’m sorry I’m not getting to greet you as you walk into my room for the last time. I’m sorry I’m not getting to joke with you, high five you, hug you and send you off face to face on your special day. Guys, as my first year teaching comes to an end I am so thankful for your impact on me! I hate that we are missing our last part of the semester together but I am hopeful, excited, and expectant for the awesome things you will do in the future! You can and will make a difference to someone just as you have on me. Remember to push hard, try hard, and keep trying to be better than you were yesterday. If you ever need anything please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. Love y’all.

Hi everyone! I hope you all are doing well. I'm sure that many of you have already heard from others by now, but if not I'm making this announcement for you here. Any assignment that was assigned during distance learning cannot harm your grade, it can only help it. I'm about to go through the grade book and if you completed the assignment your grade will stay, but if the assignment was not completed it will be exempted. I should have the grade book caught up in the next couple hours. I will still be posting assignments until the end of school, and if you complete them they will help your grade. If you have any missing assignments from before when we let out please make those up. Those grades DO count. ESPECIALLY THE LAB/PROJECT GRADES!!! If you have missing lab/project grades DO THOSE FIRST!!! This is an unprecedented time and Baldwin County school system does not want to hurt your grades in any way due to Covid-19. Please continue to stay safe! I really miss you guys and gals a lot.

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you guys and gals had a great weekend, are still doing well, and keeping safe. We have been asked to post the updated schedule of how classes will work for the remainder of the year. I'll post it below in this message. During the time our class is scheduled to meet we will have video chats for questions, you can email or text me with any questions, and we will just use that time as our "class time". I will continue posting assignments in Google Classroom every couple or few days. Please make sure you are completing them. Since we are a healthcare class and the focus in the world is the Coronavirus, I will continue to focus our assignments on that. I feel like this makes sense for us.

Monday/Wednesday: 1st block(am), 3rd block(pm)
Tuesday/Thursday: 2nd block(am), 4th block(pm)
Friday: Flex Friday

Happy Monday to you all! I hope everyone is doing well and keeping safe. I have been catching up grades today, but still have quite a few missing assignments. I am giving you today to catch up on all assignments to this point. Tomorrow I will post a new assignment for everyone.

Our first Google Classroom assignment has been posted. The assignment is due tomorrow at midnight. I'll post assignment 2 tomorrow and it'll be due Thursday. I'll always give over 24 hours for each assignment to make sure you have plenty of time. If you've completed your 5 days of work assigned in the packet please email it to me. You can use Google Docs or you can take pictures and attach them to an email. Thanks!
