Pretty much one month in the Amazons like this.
The slowness of life outside allowed for a faster pace inside myself.

Meditation, meditation, meditation. 🧘‍♂️

That platform has been an incubator of ideas flooding my mind as only a rainforest can get flooded. Very important thoughts came up to my mind with life-lasting effects on my life itself. From all perspectives. I have been doing a great balance regressing back through my whole Life and connected better with my awesome childhood, to plan the future through the interpretation and remembrance of how heart and brain evolved along this amazing journey.

How do I feel in this period ? Yes, like that.

Do you believe in prophets? I didn’t, until I found one. We met on a stranded beach and my first thought after few minutes was: “I didn’t have such a smart conversation in years, finally I met someone great.”

Over time we discussed a lot of life topics. And well, years later I find myself in a deep physical and mental transformation in un unstoppable daily forging process.

Back then I had no idea this could happen, but now I find myself days away from a degree that was his domain of expertise (which back then I hated 😳). I always disliked sinewy bodies, and now I find myself almost building one. I never admired that nor look at that as a model. But life choices and love for sports and adrenaline brought me there. I did not ever desire my body in a specific way, but rather I simply saw it as representative of my mind and lifestyle. And here I am with his body shape, views on health, love, life and work.

I always outperformed at work. But I barely took care properly of my body and mind. Now I am developing an holistic approach that rather looks attentively at the synergies between them. And the brain is flying, it goes at a processing speed that I could never think of. Same with my fantasy and imagination, broader and more vivid. A lot of things changed and I am proud of it.

People with the time tend to say “I am not as young and active as before.” And I guess they lack “updates” in life, that need a whole rethinking approach. And this is why every day I rather find myself more energetic, wiser, happier, more confident, able of making great choices (except sentimentally, but that will come as a consequence), sweating less the small things and embedding the “doing” with the “thinking”, without loss of energies due to overthinking.

Graduation is always a time of great and abrupt change for me. The first was about shaping my scientific and engineering method. The second about my personal self. The third and fourth -incoming- are all about soft skills that are creating the net for hosting the next degrees and connect them effectively.
Plans are terrific and the future is bright.

That amazing journey called Life🤠

A decade ago I asked to be removed from a house that I was renting, as one of the housemates possessed some weapons.

Today?
Here I am.

When I say Life’s Good
I mean, it’s Intense…
And here I am busy with it ❣️

On the day of the first webinar chaired by me 🏆
I also handle the first weapon of my Life😂

And I’d say,
As people say in Italy,
“Nato con la camicia”
(“privileged by natural fate”)🥷🏻

Not handling just a gun over a shooting range,
But a badass M4 carabine😎
During a professional training session 🤩

The same I was used to play with on video games
When I was kid👶

And it becomes more and more clear to me
That unconscious childhood memories
Consciously emerge
Shaping myself today🤠

Amazing experience and I loved to train quickly how to handle the weapon in multiple scenarios and positions💫
