Mother's Day can mean mixed feelings. At ECS, we've covered all bases:
1. If you're a mum, why not treat yourself to a break from the family and a nice day of affordable, relational and dynamic workshops. With CBT in the morning, Attachments Session 2 in the afternoon, and a private function room over lunch away from the family, it really is a day just for you.
2. If you want to spend time with your mum/kids/partner, why not invite them along for a nice 3 course meal (£26) in the private function room. Invitations aren't extended to the workshops however...
3. Mother's day can be a difficult day for many. If this is the case, then let us look after you. And if you want to come to both the morning and afternoon workshops then we will throw in the 3 course lunch for £15.
