Happy Summer!
As we start counting down for the end of summer, school starting just a few weeks away, lets get our schedule ready. We will be contacting our past students to get in our schedule. Meet our second teacher Jen!

Hello!
My name is Jennifer Helm and I am the second teacher/tutor for the Sahuarita K-8 Tutoring. I am so excited to have the privilege to work with you and your child to help them enhance their learning!!

I have lived here in Arizona for three years and absolutely love it!! I am a full time mom with two kids, my son is in 1st grade and my daughter is in Preschool. I am currently finishing up my AA in Social and Behavioral Sciences with an emphasis in Special Ed; continuing my education to obtain my BA,. My knowledge and years of training has helped me decide my future career in becoming an Adapted PE teacher.

I have been working with kids since 2003, ages range from Kindergarten through High School. I've worked for a school district in California, as well as for an After School Program, site Supervisor. My jobs included educational support during their school day as well as support for their homework time afterschool. During my years at the school district, I worked with all grade levels, as well as Special Need students. I have also worked within a Emotionally Disturbed program for four years.

I am very excited to be a part of this wonderful community and work alongside your child and help them open their eyes to fun ways of learning!
