Developing public-private partnerships in communities, regions and states to connect academics and career/technical (vocational) education, to connect high school and college, and to connect public education and the workplace. Georgia had so much success promoting "college and career academy" schools by 2007 that that state began a network and started offering a competitive facilities grant to inc

entivize the formation of additional community partnerships. In the fourteen years Georgia has offered the Georgia College and Career Academies Project (GCCAP) grant program, SEA has worked under contract for 27 community partnerships that established a college and career academy and applied for the grant:

The state has awarded the maximum grant award available to all 27 of these partnerships! The total amount awarded to these 27 clients is $89 million, or 55% of all state funds awarded through this program. Seamless Education Associates (SEA) is the ONLY consulting firm in Georgia primarily helping form community partnerships that in turn create college and career academies and apply for the Georgia College and Career Academies Project (GCAP) grant!

Yet another SEA client has secured a $3.1 million Georgia College and Career Academies Project grant. In 18 rounds of this Technical College System of Georgia grant since 2007, SEA has helped 30 of 31 clients be awarded this competitive grant - a 97% success rate! This year’s winner is the T.I.T.A.N. Regional College and Career Academy headquartered in Ashburn, Turner County, Georgia.

We did it! The TCSG State Board just voted to approve and we’re bringing the $3.1 million back to Turner County Schools for the T.I.T.A.N. Regional College & Career Academy!
