CCUA

CCUA CCUA exists to advocate on behalf of member private Christian Colleges and Universities and to advise member institutions on matters of policies and standards.

1. CCUA has been established to:
a. Advocate on behalf of member private Christian Colleges and Universities:
(i) the promotion of Christian education in Christian higher institutions of learning;:
(ii) academic and educational policies consistent with the highest quality Christian
education. b. Provide professional development to administrators of Christian Colleges and Universities by:
(i) offer

ing advice and networking opportunities that will ensure high academic standards in member universities and colleges,
(ii) providing opportunities for instruction in best education practices from a Biblical perspective, and
(iii) offering continuing education, orientation and training in academic matters affecting quality Christian education in Zambia;
c. Advise member institutions on matters of policies and standards by:
(i) assisting member institutions in developing academic policies relevant for Zambian authorities;
(ii)continually assessing and understanding the laws pertaining to higher education in Zambia for advocacy purposes in formulating academic and educational policies consistent with Christian education;
(iii)encouraging and affirming the highest academic standards for quality assurance of member institutions;
(iv)providing networking database of member institutions;
(v)facilitating optimal networking and the sharing of human resources and logistical input between member institutions.
