Interested applicants will have until December 29, 2025 to apply for the UC-TESDA scholarship program.

A total of 2,645 scholarship slots under the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (Republic Act 109310 Philippine Qualifications Framework (UAQTEA PQF) Level Diploma Program has been opened through a partnership between the University of Cebu and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), giving thousands of financially challenged Cebuanos an opportunity to pursue a three-year diploma in Hospitality Management or Tourism Management—completely free of charge.
