我是怎樣用兩個星期讀完整個 AS Level Psychology syllabus（最後拿到 A）？
其實心理學在我的 bucket list 裡很多年了。雖然我一直都是讀 pure science + maths，但我一直覺得 psychology 其實很值得讀 —— grade boundary 相對低，而且內容和我們每個人的生活都很有關係。不過很多學校其實沒有怎麼教，所以一直都沒有機會真正讀。
剛好去年聖誕節前我發現自己有 兩個星期的 break，之後就要進 final year，所以就決定試試看用這兩個星期把 AS psychology 的 syllabus 快速過一遍。
方法其實很簡單：看 notes + 瘋狂做 past papers。
因為 psychology 很多題目其實都是在考 experiments 和例子，而 notes 有時候不夠完整，所以我也用 AI 按照 mark scheme 重新整理筆記，一邊做 past papers 一邊補充。
最後我主要做了 2021–2025 的 past papers，然後一直做、一直記、一直 recall。
TL;DR：兩個星期讀完 AS psychology，最後拿到 A。
但如果有充足時間，其實真的不建議這樣讀。

How did I finish the AS Level Psychology syllabus in 2 weeks (and still got an A)?
Sorry for disappearing for a while — I felt like I had already shared most of what I usually talk about. But after preparing AS Psychology during my Christmas break in such a short time, I realised I learned a few things worth sharing.
I have always been a science + maths student, but psychology has been on my bucket list for years. When I realised I had a two-week Christmas break before my final year, I thought it might be my last chance to actually try it.
The first thing I did was skim through the Edexcel specification. The textbook was way too long, so I switched to reading notes and then doing past papers repeatedly. A big part of psychology is remembering specific experiments and examples, so I used AI to reorganise the notes based on the mark schemes and kept refining them while doing past papers.
In the end I only had time to go through papers from 2021–2025, but honestly, the most useful thing was just repeatedly doing past papers and recalling the key experiments.
Looking back, if you want to avoid uncertainty, science and maths are still the safest subjects because they are less subjective to mark. But overall, I still feel that psychology deserves to be more popular.
