This year we have lost one of our Professor and friend, Dr. Phil Courtney. Please take a moment to think about him and remember his company, his kindness, courage and devotion to the art. We take this opportunity to also remember our friend Kurt Jablin, who appears in the shared images and sadly passed away during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Finger Locks: There can be no doubt that when properly applied, finger locks are fight-enders. No matter how strong and flexible the adversary, a finger will inevitably bend and break if sufficient force is applied.
